Rescheduling & cancellations.
Life happens. Here's how rescheduling works, plainly.
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charge — we'll find another time that works.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate of $150.
- No-shows — sessions missed without notice — are charged at the full session rate.
- If I need to cancel, I'll offer you an alternative time or a full refund. Whichever suits you.
I know things come up that aren't always neat. If something urgent has happened, write to me and we'll figure it out together.
